At The Sort House, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and assembly components included.

Furniture items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, or modification.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@thesorthouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please ensure that all furniture items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or design, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thesorthouse.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, any damaged components, and its packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

This reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
